Lily Daniali, MD, FACS

Lily Daniali, MD, FACS was inspired by how reconstructive plastic surgery uses scientific advances, artistry, creativity, and good doctoring to restore injured patients.

Dr. Daniali has received advanced fellowship training in hand surgery, microsurgery, craniofacial surgery, and pediatric plastic surgery. During her care of patients facing unique reconstructive problems, Dr. Daniali has developed a niche expertise in peripheral nerve surgery, including decompression of peripheral nerves of the cranium for the treatment of chronic migraine. She is an attending plastic surgery at the Burn & Reconstructive Center at Swedish Medical Center and the medical director of the Center for Wound Healing.

Education and Training

  • Fellowships: Daniali completed demanding fellowships in Craniofacial and Pediatric Surgery at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, and in Hand and Microsurgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
  • Residency: She completed her plastic surgery residency at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences–New Jersey Medical School.
  • Medical school: Daniali received her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine.
  • Undergraduate: She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.

Recognition

  • Top Doctor: Daniali was named a “2025 Top Doctor” by 5280 Magazine and Castle Connolly.
