Ellen Price, DO

She earned her medical degree from Nova/Southeastern Osteopathic Medical Center and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado. After completing her residency, Dr. Price began her private practice in 1995 in Grand Junction Colorado. She has been the Medical Director of Rehabilitation at Community Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, as well as Family Health West Hospital in Fruita, Colorado. Dr. Price is board-certified in Rehabilitation from the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is also certified in Pain Medicine. In December 2020, Dr. Price became the Director of the Post-COVID Recovery Clinic at Family Health West. Her role involves helping patients recover from the long-term effects of COVID-19, including rehabilitation and pain management. Dr. Price has extensive experience in rehabilitation medicine and is dedicated to helping patients achieve their optimal level of function and quality of life.
