2026 MEETING
Colorado Pain Society’s Annual Meeting brings together a diverse community of pain-focused clinicians for a fast-paced, highly practical weekend of learning, collaboration, and renewal.
This activity is jointly provided by Medical Education Resources and Colorado Pain Society (CPS). CPS is a collaborative network of physicians, advanced practice providers, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members committed to advancing pain management and elevating their own knowledge and skills.
In 2026, the working program agenda spans complex spine, neurotrauma, pharmacology, and whole-person care, with sessions on whiplash and post-concussion syndrome, headache, buprenorphine for chronic pain and opioid use disorder, chronic pelvic pain, psilocybin and end-of-life wellbeing, and enhanced recovery with multimodal pain management. The spine-focused track features keynotes on complex spine pain in 2026, implications of exosome-based therapy, and advanced spine decision-making across facet, SI joint, and vertebrogenic pain with thoughtful procedural sequencing.
Across three days, attendees will benefit from 13.5 hours of CME credit as well as dedicated time for Q&A panels, sponsor engagement, and networking at the Friday night dinner, cocktail reception, and outdoor breaks. Medical, nursing, and therapy providers of all specialties who care for patients with pain are invited to attend.

MEET THE SPONSORS
NEW 2026! Release of attendee contact information to Sponsors
Following Sponsor feedback over the inability to receive conference attendee contact information, CPS is pleased to announce we have reached an agreement with our CME provider that will permit us, with the provision of an attendee opt-out option, to provide this information to our Sponsors.
NEW 2026! Return to single-tier Sponsorship
CPS announces our return to the more straightforward, single-tier Sponsor registration option.
NEW 2026! Return to all In-Person Attendance
Following feedback to return to an all in-person conference attendance format, the Colorado Pain Society has agreed to end its remote attendance option.
CPS is pleased to meet the greater needs of our Sponsors with this increased on-site networking capacity.
2026 Sponsor Lineup TBA
Friday Night Dinner, NEW 2026!
The Colorado Pain Society will offer the Friday Night Dinner as a self-paid event. In light of the positive attendee feedback received following the non-hosted dinner style of 2025, the Colorado Pain Society will now offer a social, networking-style Friday Night Dinner event for our 2026 conference.
A separate registration will be required.
