For outlet placement and proper routing of electrical cables, please advise of any electrical needs NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 18, 2026. Electricity and/or A/V services not requested by September 18, 2026 may result in these services being unavailable during the event.

Certain A/V needs may require a pre-conference meeting with our venue’s technical provider.
Displays

To provide reasonable sight lines across the exhibit space and prevent the obstruction of view of exhibitors, exhibit tables which include the usage of retractable banners, pop-up displays, or other large vertical display materials will be accommodated around the room perimeter. This will ensure that no wall, partition, decoration, or other obstruction will be erected which would interfere with the view of any other exhibitor.

Last minute, on-site additions of such vertical display items – either at the start of or during the event itself – will necessitate the relocation of that exhibit table. Depending on the final layout of the exhibit space, the table may be relocated to an otherwise undesirable location.

Hanging signs on the walls is prohibited.

Non-Competition

The Colorado Pain Society requests sponsors not schedule meetings with conference attendees until after 8:00 PM on Friday, October 16. We appreciate your cooperation in not competing with our scheduled program.
