CPS Member Registration: $300
Register here if you are a current CPS member or if you are submitting a new CPS membership along with conference registration. If you are not a current CPS member and will be attending the conference as a non-member, choose Non-Member Registration below. (Non-members registered under Option 1 will automatically be cancelled, less registration fees.)
Non-Member Registration: $400
Register here if you are not a current CPS member and will be attending the conference as a non-member.
PCPs / APP Registration – In-Person/Virtual: $400
Register here only if you are a Primary Care Provider and want to attend in-person or as an in-person/virtual combination.
PCPs / APP Registration – Virtual Only: $0
Register here only if you are a Primary Care Provider and want 100% virtual attendance.
